What Happens During a Past Life Journey?
Winter in North Carolina
When you and I do a Past Life Journey together, you can expect a variety of things to occur.
I allow the flow of the session to be guided by my complete trust in Spirit, which, to me, represents Loved Ones, Guides, Jesus, Mary, and Archangels.
A session begins with you sharing an intention. Spirit desires to help those of us in body, but it needs to hear what it is we desire to know. By sharing an intention, Spirit begins to design how it will share the information that is for your highest good. I cannot guarantee that your intention will be addressed as Spirit makes the decision. So far, though, all my clients have had their intention addressed.
Typically, Spirit begins with something that touches on the intention, then travels around a circle sharing information in a variety of ways — at least one past-life, messages, visuals, and emotions. Closing the circle with the intention met.
Entering into a past life occurs in many different ways. Sometimes rainbows appear, sometimes there is a field, and I see the client running diagonally to the upper corner toward a past life and coming back from that corner after the visit. One time, the client did a backward roll to a past life and returned doing a forward roll. I can’t help but wonder if the client was once a gymnast!
When I receive a message, I repeat it word for word. Recording the session is important here — changing one word could change the entire meaning of the message. Also, given that one word could have several meanings, Spirit always shares with me the essence of the meaning. I then share the specific meaning with the client.
Visuals are often shared by Spirit, and I describe them with as much detail as possible so that you can “see” what I am seeing. I allow you to interpret what you see.
Sometimes a trauma is addressed, and I assure you that Spirit only shares what it knows you are ready to hear. This doesn’t mean it is always going to be easy to hear, just that Spirit knows you can handle it. I offer ways in which you can begin the healing process.
Spirit always adds some humor for both you and me, reminding us to have some fun while here in body.
I keep my bias at bay when sharing all that is offered. It is of the utmost importance to me that I don’t add my opinions. All that is shared is for you to interpret in your own way.
On several occasions, I have paused a bit and let the client know that “This is Carol,” talking. During this time, I feel it is important to teach something about Spirit so that the client understands, more fully, what or why a message was presented.
Questions are surely welcomed, and sometimes Spirit actually asks me to ask the client if they have any. Again, Spirit desires to help, and when the client asks one, they are more than happy to reply.
I close out the session, thanking Spirit for its time and love.
Always with love,
Carol
